AnaCap announced the launch of Titan, a new platform focused on consolidating and modernizing the professional services sector in Italy. As the first step in this strategy, Titan has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Cattaneo Dall’Olio Rho Tax & Legal Group, also known as CDR.

Titan has been established to drive innovation and enhance capabilities across the accounting and professional services sectors in Italy by bringing together established regional firms under a shared governance and strategic framework. The platform’s structure is designed to allow firms to retain operational autonomy, preserve their professional identity, and maintain close client relationships while benefiting from shared resources and growth opportunities.

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Bergamo, CDR provides accounting, tax advisory, corporate services, and strategic M&A advisory services to Italian corporates, SMEs, and entrepreneurs. More than 70% of the company’s revenues are generated through recurring client mandates, contributing to a resilient and reliable revenue profile.

CDR’s management team will reinvest alongside AnaCap in Titan, supporting continuity in leadership and alignment with the platform’s long-term objectives.

Titan has appointed Fabiano Quadrelli as Managing Partner of the newly formed platform. Quadrelli will oversee strategy and integration efforts while working closely with partner firms and the AnaCap team. Prior to joining Titan, Quadrelli spent three decades at PwC, where he served as CEO and Co-Leader Advisory of PwC Business Services and helped expand the Italian consulting practice to approximately 3,000 professionals.

AnaCap said it will support Titan with both capital and operational expertise, drawing on its experience investing in the European professional services sector. The firm highlighted prior investments including DK Accountants & Adviseurs in the Netherlands and Ancorius in Luxembourg.

KEY QUOTES:

“We are pleased to announce the launch of Titan and to welcome CDR as our first partner onto the platform, building on our conviction in Italy as a large and fragmented professional services market. Our distinctive approach in building a hub-and-spoke model ensures a clear, differentiated proposition which safeguards the autonomy of acquired firms to preserve their culture and client relationships and enhance their offerings to clients. Titan provides them with a strategic framework, capital and operational capabilities that enables faster and more effective innovation and growth than they could achieve independently.”

Alberto Sainaghi, Partner, AnaCap

“I am delighted and very proud to be appointed to this new role at Titan in what is a compelling and high potential consolidation platform strategy for the Italian professional services sector. AnaCap has an outstanding track record of partnering with founders and entrepreneurial management teams across Europe and I look forward to delivering on the conviction of their investment thesis to develop a market leading platform. We look forward to collaborating with CDR.”
