Anderson Global has announced the acquisition of Woodside Corporate Services Limited and its parent entities, marking a significant expansion of its corporate and fund services capabilities across the UK. The deal strengthens the firm’s earlier investment in the Kin Group and adds a seasoned company secretarial team focused on supporting early-stage UK businesses. Woodside will continue to operate as a standalone company while gaining access to expanded resources through integration with Kin’s technology platform, which has received substantial investment since joining Anderson Global.
The acquisition is positioned to broaden Anderson Global’s client service offerings by combining Woodside’s operational expertise with the firm’s technology-driven infrastructure. Leadership from both organizations highlighted opportunities to enhance client experiences, streamline internal processes, and expand the availability of fund administration, fund management, and custodial services. Anderson Global has grown rapidly since its formation in 2023, completing eleven bolt-on acquisitions to date.
