Terminus Capital Partners has made a majority investment in Andesa Services, positioning the company for accelerated growth and expanded technology innovation in the life and annuity insurance market.
The investment establishes a partnership between Terminus and Andesa’s management team, with a focus on scaling the company’s platform, enhancing product capabilities, and driving long-term innovation. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded more than four decades ago, Andesa provides software solutions that support policy lifecycle administration for complex insurance and annuity products, particularly within advanced markets such as BOLI, COLI, ICOLI, and private placement life insurance. The company’s offerings include policy transaction management and non-qualified deferred compensation recordkeeping, enabling carriers and brokers to manage sophisticated financial products more efficiently.
Under Terminus’ majority ownership, Andesa will continue investing in application development while improving the scalability and flexibility of its administrative tools. The company also plans to pursue strategic partnerships and innovation initiatives aligned with evolving market demands. Its leadership team, service model, and brand will remain unchanged.
The transaction reflects Terminus’ strategy of partnering with business software companies and supporting them through operational expertise and a buy-and-build approach. The firm will work closely with Andesa’s management to drive sustainable growth while maintaining the company’s client-focused culture.
