Angeion Group, a provider of legal notice and administration services, announced it has acquired MedQuest, a legal services firm specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation support.
Founded in 1983, MedQuest delivers litigation-ready work products for personal injury and medical malpractice matters, including life care plans, future medical cost projections, and detailed medical record reviews and chronologies. The company also connects law firms with board-certified medical and billing experts for specialty review and support with testimony. MedQuest serves both plaintiff and defense firms, producing work that is consistent, well-documented, and defensible in court.
The acquisition strengthens Angeion Group’s single-event personal injury practice by adding medical cost projection, life care planning, and medical expert review services. The company said the expanded capabilities will help firms evaluate exposure and damages more efficiently and with greater confidence.
This marks the fourth acquisition under the Angeion platform since a 2024 majority investment from Renovus Capital Partners.
Angeion Group provides class action and mass tort settlement administration, legal noticing, bankruptcy administration, and single-event personal injury administration services. The company focuses on technology-driven and transparent solutions to support complex litigation, along with strategic guidance and distribution capabilities to manage administrative functions.
Renovus Capital Partners, founded in 2010, is a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on the knowledge and talent industries.
