AngelEye Health: $9 Million Closed To Advance NICU And Pediatric Care Innovation

By Amit Chowdhry ● Dec 10, 2025

AngelEye Health has closed a $9 million Series C funding round that will support the company’s expansion and the advancement of its neonatal and pediatric care technology. Alongside the equity raise, the company also secured a debt facility from Live Oak Bank, extending its capital base and enabling it to continue developing its suite of hospital solutions. The company plans to use the combined capital to accelerate product innovation, strengthen its commercial reach, and further build intelligent, connected care environments across neonatal and pediatric inpatient units.

The new funding was led by existing investor Mountain Group Partners, with additional participation from Brad Whitmore and other prior backers. AngelEye also added a new strategic partner with Nationwide Children’s Hospital, joining the round. Luke Brown, the hospital’s Vice President of Finance and Treasury, will join AngelEye’s Board of Directors as an observer. The investment highlights an increasing focus on improving support systems for vulnerable infants and enhancing care team capabilities.

AngelEye now serves over 350 hospitals, collectively serving roughly 20 percent of NICU families across the United States. The company’s 2025 milestones include its fourth straight appearance on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, recognition as an Inc. Power Partner, and achieving SOC II Type 2 certification. The company continues to expand its technology footprint, building tools designed to streamline workflows, boost clinical efficiency, and strengthen family engagement throughout the NICU journey.

The company aims to accelerate the rollout of its AIVision product, which will provide AI-driven insights for care teams. AngelEye’s platform already includes secure livestream video for families, feeding workflow management via MilkTracker, and discharge-readiness support via NICU2Home. The addition of AIVision deepens the company’s role as a partner in patient safety, operational performance, and family connection across NICU and PICU units.
