AngelEye Health has acquired the SupportSpot platform from Child Life On Call, marking a strategic move to broaden its family support and care continuum capabilities across neonatal and pediatric healthcare.
The acquisition integrates SupportSpot’s child life–informed psychosocial resources into AngelEye Health’s existing suite of solutions, which includes MilkTracker, CameraSystem, and NICU2Home. By combining these offerings, the company aims to deliver a more comprehensive digital ecosystem that supports families throughout hospitalization and into post-discharge care.
SupportSpot is designed to assist parents, nurses, child life specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams by providing educational tools, procedural preparation resources, and coping strategies. The platform emphasizes accessibility and scalability, enabling families to better navigate medical procedures, understand care expectations after discharge, and manage ongoing recovery needs without increasing the burden on clinical staff.
The addition of SupportSpot strengthens AngelEye Health’s broader strategy of integrating family engagement into clinical workflows. The company plans to expand digital education across both inpatient and outpatient settings, offering real-time, on-demand resources that align with staffing constraints and operational realities. Following discharge, the platform will provide continued support through accessible guidance that helps families carry out complex care plans at home.
AngelEye Health currently serves more than 350 hospitals, positioning itself as a comprehensive digital platform for neonatal and pediatric care. Its technology integrates with electronic health records to connect caregivers and families through video, clinical data, discharge coordination, and feeding management tools, with the goal of improving patient outcomes, staff efficiency, and care transitions.
