Antin Infrastructure Partners announced the appointment of Duncan Welsh as Investor Relations Principal. His appointment is effective immediately.
Welsh will establish an investor-focused office for Antin in Melbourne, Australia. The new office will complement Antin’s existing office in Seoul, South Korea, and support the firm’s investor relationships across Australia and Asia Pacific.
Welsh will focus on Antin’s existing and prospective relationships in Australia and Southeast Asia. He will report to Sebastien Lecaudey, Senior Partner and Head of Investor Relations.
Welsh brings more than 15 years of experience building institutional investor relationships across Asia Pacific. His background includes capital raising, client retention, strategic leadership, infrastructure, and private equity.
He joins Antin from IFM Investors, where he most recently served as Head of Investor Relations and Client Solutions Operations. He has worked across Australia, North America, Europe, and Asia, managing institutional relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
Antin said Welsh’s appointment reinforces its commitment to expanding its presence in Australia and the broader Asia Pacific region. The move is intended to help the firm provide closer support to fund investors and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
