ANV Group Holdings announced that it has completed the acquisition of Iris Insurance Brokers. The transaction, which was originally announced in March 2026, received all required regulatory approvals.
Iris is a London-headquartered specialty insurance distribution platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition strengthens ANV’s UK distribution platform and adds a UK-based MGA incubator. ANV said this complements ANV LaunchPad, the company’s U.S.-based incubator launched in May 2026.
Iris operates through three segments: a Lloyd’s wholesale brokerage, Blink Intermediary Solutions, and Vivid Underwriters. Together, these businesses give ANV scaled wholesale and retail distribution across the UK.
The deal also gives ANV direct access to Lloyd’s specialty capacity. Through Vivid, ANV gains a platform designed to support the launch and development of managing general agents in the UK.
ANV said Blink immediately strengthens its distribution capabilities across the UK retail market. The Lloyd’s brokerage also expands ANV’s access to specialty capacity, while Vivid extends the company’s founder-friendly MGA launch model across both sides of the Atlantic.
ANV is an independent global insurance intermediary platform operating across the U.S., the UK, and Europe. The company was formed in 2025 following a strategic transaction between AmTrust Financial Services and Blackstone Credit & Insurance.
Founded in 2000, Iris has a diversified specialty insurance distribution platform. The company employs about 40 people and has offices in London and Southend.
