ANV Group Holdings, a global insurance intermediary platform, announced the launch of ANV LaunchPad, an MGA incubator created to partner with experienced underwriters to build scalable specialty insurance businesses.
The LaunchPad platform provides an end-to-end framework for launching new MGAs, including support for capacity placement and structuring, product and policy development, and technology and systems integration. ANV said the incubator is designed to accelerate go-to-market execution while maintaining operational readiness and disciplined risk management, allowing underwriting teams to focus on distribution, underwriting, and long-term growth.
Hastings Tax Underwriters is the first MGA established through the LaunchPad incubator. The company specializes in tax liability insurance and is led by Craig Farber and Russ Young, who serve as Co-Presidents of Hastings.
Farber previously served as Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Tax Planning & Advisory at Goldman Sachs, while Young worked in the tax controversy groups at Mayer Brown and Baker McKenzie. Since launching, Hastings has focused on tax liability risks tied to complex transactions and operations while progressing through its initial underwriting phase with operational support from LaunchPad.
ANV was established in December 2025 after AmTrust Financial Services and Blackstone Credit & Insurance completed a strategic transaction that spun off a portfolio of AmTrust managing general agencies and fee-based businesses into ANV Group Holdings Ltd.
