ApartmentIQ has secured a $25 million follow-on investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity as the multifamily real estate intelligence platform expands its AI-powered product portfolio.
Susquehanna previously led ApartmentIQ’s $22.5 million Series B financing in 2021, when the company operated as Rentable, a consumer apartment marketplace.
ApartmentIQ has since evolved into a real-time market intelligence, revenue management and AI platform serving more than 1,500 multifamily portfolios representing approximately 8 million units.
The platform is currently used by 70% of the NMHC Top 50.
ApartmentIQ’s core market survey platform provides daily unit-level pricing and availability intelligence based entirely on publicly available data, replacing manually conducted competitive market surveys.
The company has also launched Explore Pro, a real-time market intelligence product for operators, developers and investors, and Daylight, an AI-powered revenue management system trained on nearly six years of daily market data covering 40 million units.
Both Explore Pro and Daylight are tracking toward more than 1 million customer units during their first year.
ApartmentIQ has also introduced MavenAI, an AI-powered marketing agent that automates Google Business Profile updates, social publishing and listing management.
MavenAI currently supports more than 10,000 properties and represents ApartmentIQ’s first major expansion into agentic AI.
The new capital will support expansion of ApartmentIQ’s platform, additional investment in MavenAI and other AI products, and hiring across engineering, data, product and go-to-market functions.
