Apex Fintech Solutions Launches AI Suite With Agentic Development Kit For Clearing and Custody

By Amit Chowdhry ● Jan 30, 2026

Apex Fintech Solutions announced the launch of its Apex AI Suite, introducing what the company describes as one of the first Agentic Development Kits in the clearing and custody industry. Apex said the new toolkit is designed to accelerate integration with its AscendOS clearing, custody, and trading platform by enabling users to work through natural language commands, helping engineers ramp up faster while also allowing non-technical stakeholders to build and test proof of concepts.

The company positioned the release as an effort to broaden participation in platform evaluation and early product development. Apex said the AI Suite aims to turn tasks that typically require engineering resources into more accessible, hands-on workflows for product managers, executives, and other business leaders, enabling them to move from idea to prototype in days rather than the weeks often associated with traditional integration approaches.

At the center of the announcement is the AscendOS Agentic Development Kit, which Apex said bundles API references, guides, code samples, SDKs, and a knowledge base into downloadable files that can plug into a developer’s terminal or IDE. Apex said the kit is designed to provide a complete context for AscendOS while allowing teams to work in either the Developer Portal or their preferred development environment. The company also said the ADK can generate production-ready code from plain English prompts across multiple languages, including Java, Python, TypeScript, and Go.

Apex said the ADK operates alongside Ask Ascend, its AI assistant launched in 2025, and that together they form the initial developer and builder-focused foundation of the broader Apex AI Suite. Looking ahead, Apex said it plans to expand Ask Ascend throughout 2026 to support both technical and operational teams, with planned integrations into areas such as Ascend Workstation, cost basis and tax workflows, and service center processes.

Apex said the Apex AI Suite is built on Google Cloud’s Vertex AI, framing that foundation as critical to enterprise-grade security, reliability, and accuracy as it expands AI-enabled capabilities across its platform.
