apg Solutions announced two leadership appointments intended to strengthen its global leadership team. The appointments support the company’s efforts to accelerate innovation, improve operational excellence, and drive long-term growth.
Wade Reitmeier will join apg Solutions on July 6 as Vice President of Product & Engineering. In this role, he will lead the company’s global product and engineering organization.
Reitmeier will be responsible for product strategy, innovation, and technical execution. His work will focus on helping apg deliver solutions that anticipate customer needs, address emerging market trends, and create value for customers worldwide.
Reitmeier brings more than 25 years of experience as a product management and engineering leader. He has a track record of driving growth, innovation, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across global technology and manufacturing organizations.
He joins apg from Entrust, where he served as Director of Product Management. In that role, he helped advance solutions across secure identities, payments, and data protection on a global scale.
Reitmeier holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He also earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
apg Solutions also confirmed Bart Hoemann as Vice President of Operations on a permanent basis. Hoemann had been serving as Interim Vice President of Operations.
During his interim tenure, Hoemann helped drive stability, operational improvements, and progress across apg’s global operations. As Vice President of Operations, he will continue leading the operations organization with a focus on execution, process discipline, operational scalability, and support for the company’s strategic priorities.
The company said Hoemann’s leadership will help apg continue delivering the quality, responsiveness, and reliability customers expect. Together, Reitmeier and Hoemann will support apg’s strategy of delivering cash management and point-of-sale solutions while improving the customer experience.
