Apilex.ai announced that it has surpassed $8 million in annual recurring revenue in its ninth month since launch. Apilex is a global Legal AI startup serving customers across Turkey, France, and Germany.
The company said it reached the milestone while remaining fully bootstrapped and without raising external investment.
Apilex said the growth makes it one of the fastest go-to-market success stories among Legal AI startups globally.
The company has also scaled its team to 120 people, with a large share of revenue being reinvested into hiring and expansion.
Apilex is an AI-native legal operating system designed to manage lawyers’ workflows from end to end.
The platform brings legal research, pleading and contract drafting, document analysis, and case preparation into a single experience.
The company said its AI systems are purpose-built for the legal framework of each jurisdiction where it operates.
Apilex currently operates in France, Turkey, and Germany, and plans to expand into Brazil, Spain, and Italy.
The company said it plans to pursue a funding round by the end of the year, supported by the value it has created through its early commercial traction.
KEY QUOTE:
“We combined years of accumulated business experience in legal ventures with four years of technology startup experience — most of which ended in failure. When I brought together our expertise in law, technology, and business development with my partners Cebrail Ergul and Batuhan Ipek, we achieved a strong founder–market fit. At first we built a product that wouldn’t be easy to sell, and we decided not to launch it. We then developed the MVP of the Apilex that is live today. We launched it nine months ago, and this time we found a product–market fit. In fact, Apilex reached break-even in its very third week. Once we added our vision for global growth, Apilex evolved into an international company. Our goal now is to significantly increase our global revenue and expand into new markets. By the end of the year, we plan to go out for a funding round on the strength of the value we’ve created.”
Kemal Tamer, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Apilex
