Apollo.io announced it has acquired Pocus, an enterprise-grade revenue intelligence platform designed to help teams convert buying signals into prioritized action, as the company continues its push to build an AI-native go-to-market operating system.
The deal, announced March 19, 2026, did not disclose financial terms. The acquisition comes amid rapid enterprise growth for Apollo.io, which reported more than 400% growth in enterprise accounts over the past 12 months, including customers such as Anthropic and Glean.
The move strengthens Apollo’s positioning as a unified platform that combines data, intelligence, and execution across go-to-market workflows. The company has been expanding its capabilities through AI, including the recent launch of its AI Assistant, which enables automated prospecting, workflow configuration, and content generation.
Apollo.io’s platform currently includes a large B2B contact database with more than 230 million contacts, along with tools for prospecting, sequencing, engagement, inbound routing, dialing, conversational intelligence, and deal management. The addition of Pocus introduces a deeper intelligence layer that surfaces CRM signals and behavioral insights to help revenue teams prioritize opportunities.
Pocus has worked with customers such as Asana, Canva, and Monday.com, focusing on optimizing both pre- and post-sales workflows by identifying high-impact opportunities from large volumes of data.
The acquisition reflects a broader trend among businesses seeking to consolidate fragmented go-to-market tools into unified, AI-driven systems. By integrating Pocus, Apollo aims to reduce reliance on legacy tech stacks and provide a single platform for detecting buying signals, prioritizing accounts, and executing revenue strategies.
Apollo also highlighted strong adoption of its AI capabilities. Since launching its AI Assistant in beta in October, credit consumption has doubled in less than six months, customer AI adoption has increased from 35% to 75%, and weekly active users have grown 94% since general availability.
The company now serves more than 600,000 businesses and 2 million users globally, including over 100,000 paying customers, and has grown revenue more than fivefold since its Series D funding round.
