The transaction enhances AppDirect’s channel strategy and boosts its ability to provide MSPs across North America with expanded tools, services, and commercial opportunities.
Founded seventeen years ago, NXTSYS has established a strong community of partners by offering high-touch support and specialized expertise in telecom and technology services. The company has also leveraged AppDirect’s catalog and platform to support its partners, and the acquisition now positions NXTSYS to take advantage of a broader suite of AppDirect innovations. These include MSP-oriented offerings such as Devs.ai’s agentic AI platform, Firstbase’s IT asset management platform, and AppDirect’s reseller store.
AppDirect noted that NXTSYS’ deep partner relationships will help accelerate growth opportunities and create more value for the MSP ecosystem. NXTSYS partners will see no interruption to existing services, and both organizations plan to collaborate on new ways to enhance the MSP business model, introducing additional innovation and resources for partners.
