AppsTek Corp, a Dallas-headquartered digital engineering services firm, announced that it has been acquired by Sage IT, a global technology services organization focused on AI-driven digital transformation and enterprise modernization.
The transaction combines Sage IT’s capabilities in AI-led transformation, data modernization, and enterprise-scale digital programs with AppsTek’s expertise in digital engineering services, ERP implementations, and managed services. The combined organizations aim to strengthen their ability to support enterprise clients with end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across industries.
The acquisition includes all of AppsTek’s operations across the United States, Canada, and the UAE, expanding Sage IT’s global delivery ecosystem and execution scale. The companies indicated that the combination will enhance engineering depth and broaden the technology capabilities available to enterprise customers.
Following the acquisition, AppsTek will continue operating as a separate entity under the Sage IT umbrella. The company will retain its existing brand and leadership structure, and customers will maintain their current engagement models and delivery teams.
AppsTek has more than 18 years of experience and has worked with over 200 clients across multiple industries. The company provides services across digital engineering, data analytics, cognitive technologies, quality engineering, application modernization, and managed services. It also maintains strategic alliances with technology partners including Oracle, Microsoft, and Snowflake.
