Aptean announced it has acquired OpsVeda, an AI-powered operations command center, as it pushes to build what it describes as an autonomous, end-to-end supply chain planning and execution platform anchored by Logility. The transaction continues Aptean’s post-Logility integration strategy, following its acquisition of Logility in April 2025 for $14.30 per share in cash.
Aptean positioned OpsVeda as the “execution” counterpart to Logility’s planning and optimization tools. In Aptean’s framing, Logility’s AI and optimization capabilities support demand, supply, and inventory planning, while OpsVeda adds a real-time “agentic” layer intended to observe live operational data, reason over disruptions and constraints, and recommend or trigger actions to close the planning-to-execution gap.
The company said OpsVeda’s composable architecture and command-center approach will help customers move away from spreadsheet-driven, siloed decision-making toward continuous orchestration across supply chain functions. OpsVeda markets its platform around real-time operational intelligence, transaction monitoring across enterprise systems, and prescriptive workflows—capabilities Aptean said it plans to both extend and integrate across its broader portfolio, with Logility positioned as the “intelligence core.”
Deal terms were not disclosed. Aptean said Orrick served as its legal counsel. Telegraph Hill Advisors was OpsVeda’s exclusive financial advisor, and Eversheds Sutherland served as OpsVeda’s legal counsel.
