Arca Raises $64 Million To Build AI-Native Wealth Management Platform

Arca announced its emergence from stealth, having raised $64 million across its seed round and Series A.

The company is an AI-native wealth management platform that combines personalized, advisor-led financial services with purpose-built AI infrastructure. Arca said its model is built around the advisor-client relationship while using AI to reduce operational complexity and administrative work.

The company’s $48.5 million Series A was led by General Catalyst, with participation from Index Ventures and Venrock. Venrock also led Arca’s $15.5 million seed round.

Arca currently manages more than $1 billion in client assets and has 28 employees across wealth management operations, product, and engineering. The funding will be used to grow Arca’s client base, expand its advisory team, and continue developing its platform and brand.

The company said many U.S. households lack access to proactive, personalized, and efficient wealth management. Arca also pointed to the fragmented wealth management landscape, with services spread across more than 15,000 SEC-registered RIAs, making consistent service quality difficult to find.

Arca is designed to give financial advisors more time to focus on client relationships by automating manual and repetitive work. The company’s AI-powered infrastructure helps reduce back-office burdens, fragmented tool usage, and time-intensive workflows that can limit how much time advisors spend directly with clients.

The company said its approach pairs high-touch advisory services with AI-powered efficiency, enabling advisors to deliver more personalized financial guidance while improving scalability across the wealth management enterprise.

Arca was founded by Rron Rexha, a former product leader at Plaid. The company’s board members and advisors include former Vanguard CEO and Chairman Bill McNabb, Altruist founder and CEO Jason Wenk, The Psychology of Money author Morgan Housel, Peter Crawford of Charles Schwab, Alex Tran and Nat Levy-Westhead of General Catalyst, and Nick Beim of Venrock.

KEY QUOTES:

“Everyone deserves the peace of mind that your advisor sees you, hears you, and intimately understands the entirety of your financial ecosystem. We want every client to feel like the only person in the room because of our unparalleled service and white-glove anticipation. Arca empowers our advisors to cultivate the level of client relationships and trust required to serve as capable and caring financial stewards, while eradicating the most cumbersome aspects of wealth management through our AI-native infrastructure. We give our advisors the conditions to do their best work, so they can focus on what only they can do: being there for their clients.”

Rron Rexha, Founder and CEO of Arca

“At General Catalyst, we’re always excited to back founders and initiatives that tackle complex problems that aim to redefine entire industries. Arca’s approach empowers advisors by eliminating operational friction while elevating the human connection at the center of great wealth management, and we couldn’t be more excited to support this mission.”

Alex Tran, Managing Director at General Catalyst, and Nat Levy-Westhead, Partner at General Catalyst

“Rron and Arca are on the cusp of something revolutionary in wealth management. It’s exciting to support such a forward-thinking venture. Arca has immense potential to improve client outcomes and fundamentally change the scalability of the wealth management enterprise. We are eager to see how the company continues to push the innovative frontiers of the industry.”

Nick Beim, Partner at Venrock

“At Index Ventures, we back founders who refuse to accept the status quo. Wealth management is one of the last places where technology has barely moved in twenty years, while the customer has changed completely. Rron understands that gap better than anyone we’ve met – Arca is being built for how people actually want to manage their money. We’re thrilled to be backing him.”

Jahanvi Sardana, Partner at Index Ventures

“Rron understands that AI can help power the mechanics behind wealth management – but the financial advisor is ultimately the driving engine. The role of the advisor is paramount, and it’s what creates real, long-lasting impact. AI can help us do our jobs better, but it will never supplant the humanity of this profoundly personal profession. Arca uniquely balances embracing AI while empowering advisors as our true financial custodians.”

Bill McNabb, Former CEO and Chairman of Vanguard Group

“We tend to think about money as all about numbers. That’s part of it, but our finances – and how we manage them – are actually much more so rooted in behavior. Rron devised Arca with this nuance at the forefront. It frees up financial advisors to carry the responsibility of overseeing and protecting the full ecosystem of someone’s wealth, and all of the emotional complexities accompanying it – ambition, pride and fear included.”

Morgan Housel, Author of The Psychology of Money

“Trusting someone to responsibly and effectively manage your finances can be extraordinarily stressful. People take immense pride in what they earn and deserve to feel financially secure. Rron is one of those rare innovators that not only intuitively grasps this reality but also boldly addresses this pain point head-on through his efforts at Arca. He’s building something remarkable that positions advisors to be steps ahead, offer the best possible financial advice, and make their clients feel genuinely taken care of – all while quieting the operational noise by leveraging the latest advancements in AI.”
