Architectural Fabrication and Armetco Systems have merged their operations, combining two Texas-based providers of architectural metal products into a single platform aimed at expanding national reach in architectural cladding, fabrication, and specialty aluminum systems.

The companies said the transaction formalizes a long-standing working relationship and is intended to increase scale, streamline operations, and broaden the range of solutions offered to architects, contractors, designers, and developers across the U.S. The combined organization will market a unified set of “architectural metal solutions,” spanning cladding and panel systems as well as sun control and other custom-fabricated metal elements for commercial projects.

Leadership roles at the top of the organization will remain unchanged, with Jeff Cash continuing as chief executive officer and integrator and Jeff Kenny continuing as owner and visionary. The merger also includes leadership appointments across sales and operations designed to align the companies’ teams and product lines under a shared commercial strategy.

As part of the integration, Ryan Martin, previously president of Armetco Systems, has been named global chief sales officer. In that role, Martin will oversee sales strategy across Architectural Fabrication, Armetco Systems, and Alumination Architectural Products, which the companies describe as a national distributor of specialty wood-look planks, battens, and cladding profiles.

The combined company also named Scott Stewart as vice president of sales for both Armetco Systems and Alumination Architectural Products. Kevin Wampler will oversee operations and production across the merged manufacturing footprint as vice president of operations, consolidating responsibilities for production planning, capacity management, and manufacturing execution.

The organizations said existing customer relationships, contracts, and project teams will not be affected. Customers should continue working with the same contacts and teams, while gaining access to a broader, more integrated set of capabilities and resources. The companies positioned the merger as a way to deliver more consistent service and faster turnaround while supporting more complex project requirements through shared expertise and expanded manufacturing capacity.

Both organizations bring decades of experience in architectural metal fabrication and related systems. Architectural Fabrication, based in Fort Worth, Texas, has operated since 1991 and specializes in sun control solutions and custom metal fabrication. Its offerings include sunshades, canopies, louvers, trellises, awnings, metal panel cladding systems, and other custom metal products used in commercial applications.

Armetco Systems, based in Justin, Texas, has operated since 1986 and focuses on architectural metal products and systems, including aluminum composite and plate applications, metal panel systems, curtain wall systems, and other architectural elements. The company said it has completed more than 500 signature projects spanning multiple sectors.

The merged platform said it is investing in people, systems, and facilities to support growth and ensure customers see immediate benefits from the integration. Executives framed the combination as a move intended to strengthen organizational depth, improve operational clarity, and position the combined organization for long-term expansion across product lines and geographies.
