Archwest Capital, a leading private lender to residential real estate investors backed by Bain Capital, has announced that its platform has surpassed $2.5 billion in funding and closed its second residential transition loan securitization in six months. The $275 million securitization generated strong investor demand with an average of 2.4x oversubscription, with the A1 tranche nearly 5.0x oversubscribed. The transaction mirrors the structure of Archwest’s 2025-RTL1 deal, featuring a two-year revolving period that allows for reinvestment of payoffs into new collateral.

Alongside the platform milestones, Archwest has expanded its leadership team with three senior additions. Rankin Blair has joined as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than a decade of experience in business-purpose lending including 12 years at Lima One Capital where he ultimately served as COO, and prior service as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army. Nick Lambert has joined as SVP of Underwriting, bringing more than 13 years of real estate experience including nearly five years at Genesis Capital, and is a U.S. Army veteran whose decorations include the Bronze Star. Dan Federico has joined as EVP of Sales, bringing nearly a decade of experience in real estate finance from roles at Anchor Loans and CoreVest Finance.
