Arden Names Brad Perilman CFO As $375+ Million Premium Platform Expands Finance Leadership

Arden Insurance Services has appointed Brad Perilman as Chief Financial Officer as the tech-enabled managing general underwriter continues expanding its executive leadership team following a period of rapid growth.

Perilman brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across insurance, reinsurance and specialty brokerage.

He will oversee Arden’s finance organization as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Perilman joins Arden from Integrated Specialty Coverages, where he served as Chief Financial Officer.

Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Atlas General Holdings and held executive leadership positions at Worldwide Facilities and Aon Benfield Securities.

At Aon Benfield Securities, Perilman advised insurance companies on strategic transactions and capital markets initiatives.

His appointment follows the addition of James Conway as Chief Accounting Officer earlier this year.

Conway oversees accounting, financial reporting and internal controls.

He brings more than 10 years of accounting and finance experience from roles at Alvarez & Marsal, Trintech and KPMG.

Perilman and Conway will work together across financial strategy, accounting and corporate development as Arden strengthens the infrastructure supporting its continued expansion.

The appointments come during a period of significant growth for Arden.

FTV Capital made a growth equity investment in the company in 2024, providing additional support as Arden expanded its platform and leadership organization.

In 2025, Arden surpassed $375 million in in-force premium. The company also received several industry honors during the year, including MGA of the Year from The Insurer.

Arden was additionally named Intermediary of the Year and recognized among the Best Places to Work in Insurance by Business Insurance.

Arden operates as a technology-enabled managing general underwriter focused on the specialty insurance market.

The latest appointments give the company additional financial leadership experience as it looks to build on its market position and support the operational requirements associated with continued growth.
