Ardurra acquired Enprotec/Hibbs & Todd, a Texas-based engineering consulting firm specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure.

Founded in 1989, eHT serves public-sector and utility clients across Texas from offices in Abilene, Granbury, and Lubbock.

The acquisition expands Ardurra’s presence in Texas and strengthens its capabilities across water supply, treatment, transmission, wastewater, and related infrastructure.

Ardurra said eHT’s longstanding customer relationships and engineering expertise complement its existing operations.

Demand for water infrastructure investment in Texas continues to rise due to population growth, economic development, and long-term water supply challenges.

eHT will continue operating from its existing Texas offices following the transaction.

The combined organization will provide clients with additional technical resources, engineering capabilities, and local market expertise.

Ardurra now has approximately 2,700 employees across more than 120 offices nationwide.

The company is ranked No. 48 on Engineering News-Record’s Top 500 Design Firms list.

Ardurra is a portfolio company of Littlejohn & Co., which manages approximately $8.7 billion in regulatory assets.

Morrissey Goodale advised eHT on the transaction.
