Ardurra announced the acquisition of Kelly Engineers, a Pennsylvania-based engineering and surveying firm serving municipal and private clients throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.
Founded in 1979 and headquartered in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, Kelly Engineers provides engineering and surveying services with a primary focus on municipalities and public infrastructure projects. The firm has built long-standing relationships with local communities and is known for its community-oriented approach and responsive client service.
The acquisition further strengthens Ardurra’s presence in the Northeast and follows the company’s recent addition of Remington & Vernick Engineers, expanding its capabilities and geographic footprint across the region.
Kelly Engineers will continue operating from its Glen Mills office and will become part of Ardurra’s nationwide platform, which comprises more than 2,600 employees across over 120 offices.
Ardurra said the transaction enhances its position in the Greater Philadelphia market by adding a team with deep municipal expertise and established client relationships. The company provides engineering, consulting, and design services across a range of end markets, including water, transportation, aviation, and public works.
Headquartered in Miami, Ardurra operates as a portfolio company of Littlejohn & Co., a Greenwich, Connecticut-based private investment firm with approximately $9 billion in regulatory assets under management.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
