Argano Acquires Oktana To Expand Salesforce, Data, And AI Capabilities

Argano has acquired Oktana Corporation, a Salesforce Summit Partner specializing in Data & AI and digital engineering, expanding its capabilities across Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Snowflake, MuleSoft, and AI-enabled enterprise transformation.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition represents Argano’s fifteenth transaction since launching its strategic growth initiative in April 2025 and its thirty-first acquisition since the company was founded in 2020.

Founded in 2014, Oktana operates at the intersection of Salesforce, data, and artificial intelligence. Data & AI represented approximately 75% of the company’s revenue during the first quarter of 2026, reflecting its growing focus on helping enterprises build AI-powered applications and data infrastructure.

Oktana has a team of 227 professionals holding more than 1,100 Salesforce certifications. The company primarily uses a Latin American nearshore delivery model to serve North American enterprises, providing Argano with additional technical talent and scalable delivery capabilities.

The company’s services include AI-powered application development, data infrastructure, platform engineering, and integration. Oktana also provides implementation, configuration, optimization, and support services across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Oktana brings experience serving customers across technology, healthcare and life sciences, financial services, and professional services. Argano expects the acquisition to deepen its industry expertise while expanding its ability to help customers move from AI experimentation to operational deployments involving intelligent agents, data, and enterprise applications.

The transaction also builds on Argano’s broader investment in Salesforce as organizations increasingly seek to integrate AI and data directly into business operations. The combined capabilities are intended to support transformation programs spanning customer engagement, service, revenue management, finance, supply chain, and workforce operations.

EY served as exclusive financial advisor to Argano, while Kirkland & Ellis served as legal counsel. Elaxtra Advisors was exclusive financial advisor to Oktana, and Sadis & Goldberg served as its legal advisor.
