Aria Care Partners has acquired Precision Mobile Care, expanding its geographic footprint and strengthening its delivery of onsite specialty healthcare services to skilled nursing facilities across Utah.
Precision Mobile Care serves thousands of residents in more than half of the skilled nursing communities throughout Utah. The company provides mobile onsite preventive and restorative dental care through a team of dentists, hygienists and dental assistants.
The acquisition builds on a relationship between the companies that spans approximately 10 years. During that period, Aria provided affordable dental insurance to residents at many of Precision Mobile Care’s client communities.
The transaction represents Aria’s third geographic expansion acquisition this year.
Aria plans to retain Precision Mobile Care’s client-facing team and maintain existing onsite schedules, providing continuity of care for residents and skilled nursing facility customers.
Precision Mobile Care’s existing customers will also gain access to Aria’s broader portfolio of onsite vision, hearing and podiatry services, along with expanded insurance plan options.
The combination is designed to help Utah skilled nursing facilities access a more integrated specialty care model while reducing administrative complexity associated with coordinating multiple providers.
Precision Mobile Care is also expected to benefit from Aria’s administrative infrastructure, technology and care-delivery resources. Aria supports its clinical programs through a Chief Clinical Officer and experienced Chief Medical Officers overseeing individual specialties.
Aria has more than 25 years of experience providing integrated onsite ancillary care and insurance solutions and maintains relationships with more than 3,500 skilled nursing facilities nationwide.
