Aria Care Partners, a provider of dental, vision, audiology and podiatry services to skilled nursing facilities, has acquired Sanford Dental, Sanford Vision and Dynamic Mobile Dentistry, collectively known as Sanford. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Macon, Georgia, Sanford delivers onsite dental and vision care to approximately 200 skilled nursing facilities across Georgia and Alabama. The organization also offers dental insurance plans for residents.
The acquisition expands Aria Care Partners’ presence in the Southeast and supports the company’s broader growth strategy. Sanford’s operations will be integrated into Aria’s platform, providing enhanced administrative and technology support.
Aria Care Partners said it will retain Sanford’s care providers, account staff and other client-facing team members to ensure continuity of care for residents and facility partners. Skilled nursing facilities working with Sanford will also gain access to Aria’s expanded onsite services, including optometry, audiology and podiatry, enabling vendor consolidation for organizations seeking a broader suite of ancillary medical services.
Customers are also expected to benefit from Aria’s clinical and operational infrastructure, which includes Chief Medical Officers in each specialty, oversight from a Chief Clinical Officer, and comprehensive technology, administrative and compliance support for medical professionals. Residents will have additional opportunities to enroll in expanded dental coverage as well as vision and hearing plans through Aria.

The company focuses on integrating dental, vision, hearing and podiatry services to support resident health and overall well-being, pairing onsite care delivery with turnkey insurance solutions.
