ARK MFG has acquired Therma-Tek Commercial Cooking Solutions, expanding its U.S. manufacturing portfolio into professional hot-side commercial kitchen equipment.
Therma-Tek manufactures professional commercial cooking equipment used by chefs and restaurant operators and designs and manufactures its products in the United States.
The transaction expands ARK MFG’s existing product portfolio beyond refrigeration and into commercial cooking equipment.
As part of the acquisition, ARK MFG plans significant investment in Therma-Tek’s manufacturing operations.
The company intends to conduct a comprehensive rebuild of the Therma-Tek facility and relocate its operations into ARK MFG’s global headquarters.
ARK MFG is a manufacturing holding company focused on acquiring and growing U.S. industrial businesses through long-term ownership and reinvestment.
