Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced the acquisition of West Palm Beach, Florida-based Twin Elms, LLC, a retail insurance brokerage specializing in environmental insurance products and services for clients across the United States. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Twin Elms has built a reputation for providing specialized environmental risk management and insurance solutions tailored to industries facing complex environmental exposures and regulatory requirements. The company works with clients on a range of environmental insurance needs, helping businesses manage liabilities associated with pollution, remediation, construction, real estate, and other environmental risks.
As part of the acquisition, Twin Elms leaders Scott Houldin and Karl Touet, along with their team, will remain in their current West Palm Beach office. The business will continue operating under the leadership of Bumpy Triche, who oversees Gallagher’s Southeast retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
The acquisition expands Gallagher’s environmental brokerage capabilities and strengthens the company’s presence in the Southeast region. Gallagher has continued to pursue strategic acquisitions to enhance its expertise across specialized insurance sectors while broadening the services it provides to clients globally.
