Today, AMD announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire ZT Systems, a leading provider of AI infrastructure for the world’s largest hyperscale computing companies. AMD agreed to buy ZT Systems in a cash and stock transaction valued at $4.9 billion, including a contingent payment of up to $400 million based on certain post-closing milestones.

Amazon Buying Perceive From Xperi For $80 Million
