Artisight has acquired TMG Global, bringing the healthcare technology services company’s deployment expertise in-house as Artisight scales its AI-powered Smart Hospital platform across U.S. health systems.
TMG Global specializes in healthcare infrastructure, site readiness and large-scale technology deployments. The acquisition gives Artisight a single internal organization capable of supporting customers throughout the implementation process, from initial site assessments and infrastructure planning to installation, testing, training and clinical handoff.
The combination is designed to address one of the more complex parts of enterprise healthcare technology adoption: deploying connected hardware and software across operating clinical environments without disrupting patient care.
TMG’s capabilities include program and project management, clinical-space and MDF/IDF infrastructure surveys, remediation roadmaps, hardware logistics and staging, device and network installation, validation and Day 1 support.
Artisight’s Smart Hospital platform embeds computer vision, machine learning and natural-language processing into clinical environments through proprietary edge AI infrastructure.
The platform is designed to improve patient safety, reduce administrative and operational burdens on clinicians and help hospitals optimize workflows in real time.
By owning more of the implementation process, Artisight expects to shorten the path from technology purchase to operational use while creating greater consistency across large, multi-hospital deployments.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
