Arya Health has secured $18.2 million in Series A funding to expand its AI-driven administrative automation platform for post-acute and home health providers. The round was led by ACME Capital, with participation from Ridge Ventures, Twelve Below, OpenAI executives, and several leading post-acute care providers, bringing the company’s total funding to $25 million.
As post-acute care providers confront rising wage pressures, regulatory demands, and caregiver shortages, Arya Health is developing an AI-native “system of action” designed to automate non-clinical administrative work that consumes significant resources across the sector. The company’s platform integrates with existing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to reduce front-office workload and free staff to focus on patient care.
Arya’s AI-powered digital agents currently automate core workflows, including scheduling, compliance tracking, and hiring pipeline management. Recent product releases include the Onboarding Agent, which reduces time-to-first-staffing by half with 70% less administrative effort, and the Talent Acquisition Agent, which cuts human effort in recruiting and scheduling by 60%. The Compliance Agent, meanwhile, automates license tracking and can be deployed in one week. The company also plans to introduce its Intake Agent later this year to accelerate patient onboarding and reduce operational bottlenecks.
The new capital will support Arya’s expansion into additional administrative domains, hiring initiatives, and continued market growth. The company has reported more than sixfold revenue growth in 2025 and projects tenfold growth by year-end.
As part of its scaling efforts, Arya has appointed Melinda Phillips, the former CEO of Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, as head of its new Care@Home Center of Excellence. Phillips will lead the company’s efforts to help providers adopt AI technologies across the home care sector.
Arya’s approach comes at a critical time for an industry grappling with tight margins and ongoing consolidation. By automating routine processes, Arya aims to help organizations redirect resources toward clinical quality and caregiver support while improving scalability and cost-efficiency.
KEY QUOTES:
“Post-acute care organizations spend roughly 25 cents of every dollar on non-clinical tasks. That’s time and money that should be going toward caregivers and patients, not process. Arya is flipping that equation by using AI to take on the operational burden so providers can focus on delivering care, not moving patients, caregivers, and data around in their EMR. Our mandate is to make post-acute care administration more scalable, human, and cost-effective at the same time.”
Kunal Sarda, CEO and Co-Founder, Arya Health
“Arya represents exactly the kind of innovation post-acute care needs right now. They’re pairing deep operational expertise with cutting-edge AI to unlock entirely new economics for providers, without sacrificing the humanity at the heart of care.”
Aike Ho, Partner, ACME Capital
