Ascensus has completed its previously announced acquisition of AmericanTCS, expanding its capabilities across retirement services, trust and custody, and financial technology.

The combination advances Ascensus’ strategy of investing in scale, technology, and services supporting advisors, third-party administrators, recordkeepers, asset managers, and wealth managers.

The company plans to integrate AmericanTCS while prioritizing continuity of service and a seamless transition for clients.

Ascensus currently supports more than 16 million savers nationwide across retirement plans, 529 education and ABLE savings programs, insurance solutions, fiduciary services, and other financial programs.
