Asolvi, the European provider of field service management software, has acquired Hamburg-based Foxtag GmbH to strengthen its position in the fire and security market across Europe. The deal advances Asolvi’s strategy of building a scaled, specialist platform in one of the fastest-growing and least digitised FSM sectors.
Founded in 2015 by Dirk Thiede and Niels Linnemann, Foxtag has grown organically at a rate of over 30% annually and now serves more than 600 customers in Germany. Its cloud-native software platform is known for rapid deployment, modern workflow design, and flexibility for fire and security service providers seeking digital transformation. The acquisition brings Foxtag into Asolvi’s portfolio of solutions, expanding its presence across the German market and the broader European region.
The fire and security market continues to attract investment as service companies adapt to tighter regulatory requirements, increased documentation demands, and rising expectations for service response and compliance. Asolvi has focused on consolidating best-in-class fire and security FSM platforms and now operates what it describes as the most comprehensive suite of software for this sector across Europe.
By integrating Foxtag’s cloud-first platform with its existing products, Asolvi intends to expand product depth, accelerate feature development, and provide customers with more choices in how they modernize field workflows. More than 1,000 customers across over 20 countries already rely on Asolvi’s FSM offerings, with a strong footprint in the UK, DACH, Nordics, Spain, and LATAM.
The acquisition represents Asolvi’s eleventh overall and the sixth under Volpi Capital’s ownership, which expects additional activity in the fire and security market as digital adoption increases and providers seek partner-led transformation support.
