Assured Data Protection has appointed Neil Manna as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening its executive team as the company expands its U.S. and international operations.
Manna brings financial leadership experience across privately held, private equity-backed, and publicly traded technology companies, with a background spanning cybersecurity, IT services, and high-growth businesses.
Before joining Assured, Manna held senior finance roles at Trustwave, DXC Technology, and CA Technologies. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of cybersecurity company Trustwave, where he played a central role in the company’s transformation and eventual sale to LevelBlue.
Following that transaction, Manna became CFO of LevelBlue.
At Assured, Manna will oversee financial strategy and operations, with a focus on strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure, processes, governance, and planning as it continues to scale.
The company said his experience working with organizations ranging from startups to multinational technology businesses will help support Assured’s growth while maintaining operational discipline.
Based in the United States, Manna will work closely with Assured’s leadership teams across multiple geographies as the company expands its customer base and managed services offerings.
Assured Data Protection provides managed services focused on data protection, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience. Its platform combines technology, recovery infrastructure, and operational expertise to help organizations protect critical applications and data and recover from cyber incidents and IT disruptions.
The company positions its services ato helpcustomers restore operations, reduce downtime, and maintain business continuity fafteroutages, ransomware events, and other technology-related disruptions.
Manna’s appointment comes as demand for cyber resilience and recovery services continues to increase across enterprises that are looking to strengthen their preparedness for operational and security incidents.
Assured said the addition of Manna will help provide the financial structure and leadership needed to support the company’s next stage of development while preserving the entrepreneurial approach that has shaped its growth.
