The integration of Iconic Air marks ASUENE’s second major U.S. acquisition this year, following its purchase of NZero in May 2025. The combined platform merges ASUENE’s global carbon accounting and supply-chain transparency tools with Iconic Air’s methane-leak management, real-time GHG monitoring, and asset-tracking solutions. This unified system enables industrial operators to measure, visualize, and manage emissions with enhanced accuracy and responsiveness—supporting new regulatory standards under the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Inflation Reduction Act.
By leveraging Iconic Air’s Emissions Intelligence technology, ASUENE expands its capacity to serve high-emissions industries where precision and auditability are critical. Methane, a greenhouse gas with roughly 25 times the warming potential of CO₂, has become a central focus of global climate efforts.
