ATIS has acquired AuditMate, combining its elevator inspection, consulting and managed services operations with AuditMate’s elevator auditing and management software platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.
ATIS plans to integrate AuditMate’s technology with its existing field expertise to give property owners greater visibility into elevator maintenance, performance and compliance.
The combined offering is designed to provide portfolio-wide insights while helping customers improve uptime, reduce risk and lower operating costs.
ATIS operates a North American network of more than 250 elevator consultants and inspectors.
The company serves more than 15,000 clients and supports the safety and performance of nearly 100,000 elevators and escalators across the U.S. and Canada.
AuditMate’s software captures and connects elevator data while helping property managers monitor maintenance agreements and portfolio performance.
The platform will complement ATIS’ managed services operations and field-based consulting capabilities.
