Attain Finance: C$250 Million Credit Facility Secured To Refinance Canadian Financing And Lower Cost Of Capital

By Amit Chowdhry ● Mar 4, 2026

Attain Finance announced it has entered into a new C$250 million credit facility designed to refinance its previous Canadian SPV II facility and strengthen the company’s capital structure.

The new facility, LendDirect Trust, Series 2026-2, represents the latest step in the consumer lender’s effort to optimize its financing platform in Canada. According to the company, the agreement reflects lender confidence in Attain Finance’s strategy to responsibly grow its business over time.

The financing follows the recent closing of another facility, LendDirect Trust, Series 2026-1. Together, the two transactions complete the refinancing of all of Attain Finance’s credit facilities in Canada.

The company said the new credit agreement lowers its overall cost of capital and introduces more favorable credit terms, including a higher advance rate. Attain Finance noted that the refinancing is expected to strengthen its balance sheet while increasing financial flexibility to support expansion in the Canadian market.

Attain Finance has operated in the consumer lending sector for more than 50 years, serving customers in both the United States and Canada. The company provides a range of financial services and relies on decades of consumer data to power its underwriting and risk scoring systems.

Its brands include Heights Finance in the United States, and LendDirect and Cash Money in Canada.
