Attentive.ai, the San Francisco-based company behind Beam AI, has raised $30.5 million in Series B funding to expand its artificial intelligence capabilities and transform preconstruction workflows across the construction industry. The round was led by global software investor Insight Partners, with additional participation from Vertex Ventures, Tenacity Ventures, and InfoEdge Venture Fund. This new investment brings the company’s total funding to $48 million.
The infusion of capital will enable Attentive.ai to accelerate its AI model development, deepen Beam AI’s core capabilities, and expand its platform beyond automated takeoffs into estimating and bidding workflows. The company’s mission is to create a fully integrated, AI-native ecosystem that redefines how contractors, estimators, and project managers work during the preconstruction phase.
