ATTOM has acquired key assets of ResiShares, including its analytics platform and proprietary technology, in a deal aimed at deepening ATTOM’s analytics and AI-driven capabilities for customers across the real estate ecosystem. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition adds ResiShares’ forecasting and modeling tools to ATTOM’s national property database, which the company says spans 158 million U.S. properties and is linked through its unique ATTOM ID. ATTOM said the combination will strengthen its technology foundation and accelerate the development of enterprise-grade analytics products for clients that range from real estate and financial services firms to insurers, technology companies, government agencies, and other data-driven enterprises.
ResiShares developed a modular analytics platform designed to support institutional investment and operating workflows. The technology includes proprietary price and rent forecasts, neighborhood-level performance analytics, and advanced models intended to surface market trends, risk, and opportunity. ResiShares was founded by industry veterans Michael Greene, Alex Villacorta, Dan Glaser, and Michael Cook, with expertise spanning data science, quantitative research, and asset operations.
ATTOM plans to integrate ResiShares’ capabilities into its broader platform to deliver expanded, AI-powered insights that support decision-making across industries and business applications.
