Auben Realty announced the acquisition of Peach State Property Management, a Metro Atlanta-based property management company managing approximately 168 residential units. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Peach State Property Management has built a reputation serving owners of single-family and multifamily properties through leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, tenant relations, and property accounting. The acquisition strengthens Auben’s existing Metro Atlanta brokerage by pairing local property management expertise with residential sales services, giving the combined platform the ability to support investors across the full lifecycle of property ownership, from acquisition and leasing to ongoing management and future disposition. The deal builds on Auben’s strategy of partnering with established property management companies that share its focus on operational excellence and investor-focused service, combining local expertise with the company’s broader systems and regional resources.
