Automated Logic Acquires CCG Automation To Expand Ohio Building Automation Footprint

Automated Logic Contracting Services, part of Carrier Global Corporation, announced it has acquired substantially all of the assets of CCG Automation, a building automation solutions provider headquartered in Richfield, Ohio, as it looks to expand its presence in the state.

Automated Logic said CCG has been a provider of energy services and building automation for 28 years and that the deal strengthens Automated Logic’s ability to deliver integrated, intelligent building solutions in high-growth sectors.

CCG designs, installs, and services building automation systems for complex facilities across healthcare, education, government, commercial real estate, and manufacturing. The company provides automation and control solutions, retrofit upgrades, and multi-year service contracts aimed at improving customers’ energy performance and operational resilience, according to the announcement.

Automated Logic said CCG employees will remain in place and continue serving customers in the Cleveland market alongside existing Automated Logic staff. Financial terms were not disclosed.
