Yorktel, a New Jersey-based AV systems integrator and managed services provider, is merging with Kinly, an AV and UC&C integration firm from Amsterdam.
This merger will create a leading provider of workplace experience and collaboration services with a strong global presence. By combining their resources, the two companies aim to enhance systems integration capabilities and accelerate global growth.
The integration of Kinly’s operations will improve Yorktel’s ability to serve enterprise and public sector clients, delivering a world-class customer experience. Together, they will support over 2,500 clients across 27 locations, with a team of more than 1,600 employees and over 900 industry specialist accreditations.
Clients will benefit from broader geographic coverage and a unified service portfolio, including AV, UC&C, and UCaaS solutions, all backed by ISO-certified security practices. This merger positions the combined entity as a powerful leader in the AV and UC&C space.
