Avaloq has appointed Nidhi Singh as Chief Product and Development Officer and a member of its Group Executive Board, effective September 7, strengthening the company’s senior leadership across product strategy, engineering and technology development.
Singh will be based at Avaloq’s Zurich headquarters and will oversee global product strategy, product management, development and engineering.
Her responsibilities will include shaping the company’s product roadmap and aligning product development with Avaloq’s broader strategic priorities as it executes its Mid-Term Plan 2030.
Singh joins Avaloq from Charles River Development, where she served as Chief Product Officer.
In that role, she oversaw product strategy, marketing and product management across institutional investing, wealth management and private markets, giving her experience across several of the core segments served by financial technology providers.
She brings more than two decades of product development and technology leadership experience to Avaloq.
That background is expected to support the company as financial institutions increasingly look for technology platforms that can modernize core banking infrastructure, improve digital client experiences and support more efficient investment and wealth management workflows.
As Chief Product and Development Officer, Singh will bring together product management and engineering priorities across Avaloq’s global organization.
This type of integrated leadership role can be particularly important for financial technology companies, where product strategy depends heavily on close coordination between client needs, software development, regulatory requirements and long-term platform architecture.
