AvePoint delivered record net new annual recurring revenue during the second quarter of 2026 as enterprise adoption of agentic AI increases demand for governance, security, and data-management infrastructure.
Total ARR reached $465.1 million at June 30, increasing 27% year-over-year, or 24% after adjusting for foreign exchange. SaaS revenue also increased 27% to $98.5 million, while total revenue rose 22% to $124.5 million.
AvePoint is positioning its Confidence Platform as a trust layer spanning enterprise data, infrastructure, AI applications and autonomous agents. During Q2, the company introduced new capabilities extending governance, security, recovery and backup controls to agentic AI, new enterprise applications and multicloud infrastructure.
The platform already operates across a substantial enterprise footprint. AvePoint supports more than 28,000 organizations and 6,000 channel partners across Microsoft, Google, Salesforce and other cloud environments.
Management said the increasing integration of autonomous AI agents into enterprise environments is intensifying the need for visibility and governance. AvePoint’s State of AI research also found that governance gaps, deployment delays and increasing volumes of AI-generated data are creating challenges as organizations attempt to scale AI securely.
Customer expansion remained healthy. Dollar-based gross retention stood at 89%, while dollar-based net retention was 111%, or 110% after adjusting for foreign exchange, demonstrating continued expansion within the existing customer base.
AvePoint generated $10.2 million of GAAP operating income during Q2 compared with $7.1 million a year earlier. Non-GAAP operating income increased to $20.3 million from $18.8 million. The company ended June with $417.3 million of cash and equivalents.
First-half operating cash flow nearly doubled to $40.2 million from $20.8 million. GAAP operating margin for the first six months increased to 9.5% from 5.3%, while GAAP net income reached $42.8 million compared with $6.5 million in the prior-year period.
AvePoint again raised its full-year ARR guidance following the Q2 outperformance. The company now expects 2026 ARR of $522.1 million to $528.1 million, representing approximately 26% growth at the midpoint. Revenue is expected between $508.5 million and $512.5 million, while non-GAAP operating income is expected between $86.4 million and $88.4 million.
