At closing, the business combines a CDMO offering with broad formulation and dosage capabilities and an established branded presence in the German market. sanotact also has a growing international footprint.
The company’s customer relationships and track record of product innovation provide a foundation for continued expansion.
The acquisition adds scale to Avista’s consumer healthcare portfolio. sanotact represents Avista’s ninth platform investment in the consumer healthcare sector.
Avista said the business is positioned to drive growth through innovation and targeted M&A.
