Axiado Raises Over $100 Million To Redefine Hardware-Level Security For AI Data Centers

By Amit Chowdhry ● Dec 2, 2025

Axiado has secured more than $100 million in an oversubscribed Series C+ round led by Maverick Silicon, with participation from Prosperity7 Ventures, Orbit Venture Partners, Crosslink Capital, Nosterra Ventures, and others — capital that fortifies the company’s position as one of the most critical emerging players in hardware-anchored security for AI data centers.

The funding arrives as enterprises confront a new reality: agentic AI systems, skyrocketing power demands, and accelerated hardware cycles have turned platform-level security and system management into critical infrastructure. Axiado’s flagship Trusted Control/Compute Unit (TCU) — a single chip that merges secure control, compute, and AI-driven monitoring — is quickly becoming the silicon foundation for safe, self-managing, energy-efficient data centers.

The AI-driven TCU continuously senses, processes, and autonomously acts at the platform level, enabling intelligent resilience, real-time threat response, and power and cooling optimization across next-generation cloud, networking, telecom, and edge environments.

Axiado will use the new capital to scale sales, marketing, and support functions; accelerate next-generation product development; and expand its global footprint. The company has already doubled headcount across Taiwan and India, grown total staff by 40%, and opened a new India office — momentum that sets up major expansion across 2026.
