Axiom GRC, a London-headquartered governance, risk, and compliance platform, said it has acquired AssurancePoint, an Atlanta-based provider of SOC and ISO audit and advisory services focused on mid-sized organizations. The deal is intended to expand Axiom’s presence in the North American cyber compliance market by adding more audit and assurance capacity and deepening its U.S. delivery footprint.
As part of the transaction, AssurancePoint will integrate with IS Partners, Axiom GRC’s U.S. platform for IT compliance and risk advisory. Axiom said the combination will strengthen its North American audit and assurance offering and help it deliver a more “turnkey” compliance solution that connects advisory services, software tooling, and audit execution.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Atlanta, AssurancePoint has built a technology-enabled model for audit delivery, with a focus on recurring engagements. Axiom positioned the acquisition as a way to scale that approach across its broader U.S. footprint through IS Partners, while also supporting international clients that need consistent assurance outcomes across regions.
The move represents Axiom’s second acquisition in the United States, underscoring a strategy to accelerate growth in North America as compliance demands rise across cybersecurity, data privacy, and industry-specific standards. The company said it is building an integrated platform designed to serve businesses ranging from mid-market firms to larger enterprises, with a unified gateway across multiple compliance domains.
Axiom GRC said it provides software and services to more than 30,000 clients worldwide and is supported by more than 1,500 specialists across the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, and Israel. The company also said its platform integrates eight established brands and offers more than 50 compliance products, serving an estimated 2 million users globally.
IS Partners, which Axiom describes as a leading provider of IT compliance and risk advisory solutions, has more than two decades of experience guiding companies through security and compliance requirements.
