Axiom GRC has announced the acquisition of IS Partners, a U.S. provider of cyber assurance and compliance services, marking a significant advancement in the company’s North American growth strategy. The acquisition strengthens Axiom GRC’s capabilities across cyber assurance, recurring audit services, and risk management while expanding its customer reach in the United States. The deal also represents Axiom’s first U.S.-headquartered acquisition as part of its international expansion plan.
Headquartered in Philadelphia, IS Partners delivers audit, attestation, and compliance solutions to organizations nationwide, supported by proprietary technology and longstanding domain expertise. The firm serves approximately 600 clients with recurring audits tied to frameworks including SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and CMMC. The company’s services are designed to help organizations safeguard sensitive data, maintain compliance, and improve overall cyber resilience.
Axiom GRC sees the acquisition as a strategic move to deepen its footprint across the United States, adding scale to its existing offerings in enterprise risk, ISO certification, data privacy, and cybersecurity. The integration of IS Partners is expected to enable Axiom to provide clients with a broader suite of compliance and cybersecurity capabilities, enhancing the company’s position in the global GRC market.
The acquisition also represents Axiom GRC’s fifth transaction since partnering with Inflexion in May 2024. The company plans to continue expanding IS Partners’ market reach through internal investment and continued merger and acquisition activity.
