AxisCare, a provider of home care management software, announced a strategic investment from LLR Partners that will support continued product innovation and organizational expansion as the company scales its AI-powered platform for home care agencies.
Based in Waco, Texas, AxisCare offers an end-to-end software platform that helps home care agencies manage scheduling, caregiver operations, electronic visit verification (EVV), client engagement, billing, revenue cycle management, and other administrative workflows. The company serves more than 4,000 agencies across all 50 U.S. states and seven countries.
The investment comes as demand for home-based care continues to rise, with providers seeking technology solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and care delivery. AxisCare has been expanding its capabilities through the development of what it calls a “System of Action” for home care, an AI-native platform designed to actively support scheduling, compliance, documentation, business analytics, and care decisions.
In 2025, the company launched AxisCare Intelligence, a suite of AI-powered tools aimed at streamlining operations and helping agencies manage increasingly complex care environments. The platform now supports more than 50 million home visits annually and manages approximately $8 billion in home care activity.
LLR Partners said the investment reflects its confidence in the long-term growth of the home care technology market and builds on its experience investing in home-based care technology businesses. Frontier Growth, which invested in AxisCare in 2024, will remain an active investor and partner following the transaction.
The company has recently received industry recognition, including the 2026 Best in KLAS award in its category and inclusion on G2’s 2026 Best Healthcare Software List.
