Axjo Group has acquired Eco-Tourets, a French company focused on sustainable packaging solutions for the wire and cable industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Eco-Tourets’ location in Villeneuve-sur-Yonne, southeast of Paris, will initially become a local logistics and sales hub for Axjo, supporting faster deliveries and closer relationships with French customers.
The transaction follows Axjo’s establishment of Axjo GmbH in Cologne, Germany, earlier in 2026 as part of the company’s strategy to develop a stronger local presence across Europe.
Eco-Tourets founder Maxime Peyronny will remain with the business and oversee local management and continued development of Axjo’s French operations.
Axjo plans to establish additional hubs and invest in local production as it develops a more efficient and circular supply network in France.
